not once in this thread have I suggest ANTIFA shouldn’t be arrested and charged with act of violence.
Samm: CanadianJudo: Samm: adroit: Smyrna:Definition of fascism
1 often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition
2 : a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control early instances of army fascism and brutality
Thank you for describing the nazis at Charlottesville. Definitely worth punching.
So you think preemptive violence is the appropriate response to free expression that you don’t like?
You mean like the preemptive murder the 6 people arrested by the FBI were planning to commit?
They weren’t arrested for attempted murder.
Your correct they were arrested for conspiracy to commit murder that makes it okay.
Yes, arresting them on that charge was okay. I’m still not seeing how that relates to the Charlottesville incident.

I brought it up because you asserted that White Nationalist group are somehow acting in self-defense due to the threat of “Antifa” and are not an overtly violent group themselves.
Samm: CanadianJudo: Samm: CanadianJudo:They are wearing body-armor and carrying weapons because they there for peaceful demonstrations.
Why are the police wearing body armor and carrying weapons? Were they there to instigate violence?
Anywhere ANTIFA goes, violence is likely. It’s prudent to be prepared for it.
when those 4 white nationalist beat a 20 year old back person with baseball bats in the street of Charlottetown was he provoking them?
Are you going to trot out every example of violence you can think of to try to justify ANTIFA violence?
not once in this thread have I suggest ANTIFA shouldn’t be arrested and charged with act of violence.
But you are justifying their violence against the Nazis on the basis that you don’t like Nazis.

No I laugh at their action because I don’t like Nazi’s I don’t care if Antifa are arrested and sentence to long term prison sentences they are scum but amusing scum.

What I asserted is that their coming to the rally prepared to defend themselves was justified based on the experience that people often attack them when they assemble in public to express their opinions. That some white supremists have been known to attack people on occasion in other places at other times does not change the fact that they did not start the violence in Charlottesville.

That’s what I said, you condone the violence against them because you don’t like them. Are we done?

Yes they did start the violence, both sides started it.
ohknow35:Whether it was or not, there were many people who cared only about the statues and were there for that reason.
Anyone who showed up and saw that the rally was a bunch of nazis and decided to protest alongside them anyways are not “good people.”
What of peaceful leftists that show up to a protest and find Antifa there.
Are they not good people as well?
If six is all they could find it seems the problem is well in hand and we don’t need to worry about them any more.
Yeah. I wouldn’t exactly call this a movement. There will always be misfits in society. I don’t fear a few goofballs.
ohknow35:Doesn’t change the fact that many people cared only about the statues and were there for ONLY that reason.
Supporting statues of slave defenders and standing alongside nazis to do so. Such good people.
You’re right. It’s almost like standing beside fascists who pretend to be anti fascist.
You’re right. It’s almost like standing beside fascists who pretend to be anti fascist.
It’s almost like you can’t come up with a reason to hang out with neo Nazis, at a rally organized by neo Nazis

That’s different.
You provide the pictures and I will do so. Not your cherry picked BS targeting the extremist nuts.
I’ll even give you a head start.
do all these people look like White Nationalists/far right wing extremists?
You’re right. It’s almost like standing beside fascists who pretend to be anti fascist.
I’m really concerned that this rally will be hijacked by a few confederate flag waving nit-wits. All you need is a couple of rednecks to ruin the whole thing and get everybody labeled as bigots.
ohknow35:Doesn’t change the fact that many people cared only about the statues and were there for ONLY that reason.

Yes, just tie them all together with the same bow and demonize them.
Never take even five seconds to try and learn something or give them credit for simply not wanting to see the physical manifestations of our history destroyed.
Lee wasn’t fighting to preserve slavery, he was doing his duty as a patriot and defending his state and the principles of states rights, even though he predicted from the outset that the war would destroy the south.
Stop judging people out of bias and ignorance and listen to them.
ohknow35: Zander:Jews will not replace us. Hundreds of them. With torches. Plant that in the ■■■■■■■ psyche.
nazis are bad.
Who’s arguing??
Doesn’t change the fact that many people only cared about the statues and were there for ONLY that reason.
Defending statues celebrating slave defenders is more important than standing against nazis. Not good people.
Nope .
Supporting statues of slave defenders and standing alongside nazis to do so. Such good people.
Who said we’re good? What the President meant is we are good at being Eeeevil. But we did win. And guess what? We’re gonna do it again.
Theres someone next to the stop sign that is without a doubt a good person
