Biden claimed that in 2016, Trump called Latino’s " criminals and rapists."
But he refused to provide the exact quote. That’s about as evil of a false accusation as can be made. A defamation suit is in order.

But if you think that politicians should be able to sue each other for libel … then there is a particular guy who would be in a ton of trouble.

If it’s Trump doing the defaming, then no. If someone defames Trump, though, then yes!

Um, maybe he’s referring to that speech at the bottom of the escalator.
Politicians are able to sue each other for defamation.
But whether or not a statement is defamatory is not determined by how “evil” internet posters believe the statement to be.
