Shocking! I agree with liberals!

Remember when for months you people were constantly screaming: NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW!!! Remember that Y’all? Well, I agree with you! There needs to be consequences for illegally invading our country. Breaking the law without consequences cannot be tolerated.

Because,

NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW!!!

Including foreign nationals. So the obvious response to these federal law breakers is to send them home with no possibility of return. Am I right libs?

Now, I’m just wondering if any libs have the integrity to agree with themselves. :slightly_smiling_face:

All you have to do is peruse the various threads to see that now their battle cry has nuances and layers.

Who’s surprised? :joy:

No, of course you are not right. The obvious response to someone committing a misdemeanor is to give them due process and, if found guilty, apply the sentencing guideline for said misdemeanor.

…or…immediately ship them back and demand that they do the process legally.

They want Due Process, but won’t Do the Process.

The Geneva Convention has something to say about unarmed enemy combatants.

and that is correct.

do do the crime if you cant do the time.

That’s not how immigration law works. If someone is in this country illegally, they are deported. There is no trial.

We first must demonstrate… hear me out now… they are here illegally.

That’s actually the easy part.

Thats not exactly how it works. They are still entitled to fair legal proceedings before deportation. This includes hearings, access to legal representation and protection against arbitary government actions

That is what due process means in the case of illegal immigrants.

If someone has exhausted all their legal options then yes no reason for them to be deported.

That’s the due process part.

Never said otherwise.

No reason for them not to be deported.

Not really. Determining whether one is here illegally is very quick and very easy. Due process is used to determine whether or not someone can be deported.

Im good and always have been good with sending those here illegally back to their own country. But the bigger issue is NO ONE AGREES ON WHAT IS LEGAL AND WHAT IS NOT.

Within what context?

I see. If they’ve done it twice, it’s a felony. And due process is if the immigration has determined that they are here illegally. Most of the time a judge is not needed. This has been the case for decades. It’s easily determined. So not putting them above the law and not allowing them to stay would make sense? Right?

Now. it’s time to cut the crap. You want them to stay regardless. Because you see it as a political advantage. And most democrats could not care less about the welfare of an MS13 member. It’s about the numbers. Everyone knows this. It’s silly to keep denying it.

We don’t need agreement. The CBP knows. They’re experts. Use the same standards that we used before Biden. It’s not at all confusing.
