Sheriffs Keeping Their Oaths

Shall not be infringed. Only one that says it.

The Supreme Court, including Scalia, is quite obviously wrong.

In you’re opinion they are wrong. Like it or not, the Supreme Court decision is the law. There can be limits to the 2A.

Not my opinion, plain English. The Constitution is law.

The decision of the Supreme Court is law.

The Constitution is law. Again, see: Supremacy Clause.

Sounds like Sedition to me.

The Supreme Court decides on law. See the Constitution.

Yes, just like the first amendment. Try telling “fire” in a crowded theater.

I can see how someone would be motivated to rationalize it that way, especially if their feelings had been hurt in the same vein recently.

And I suppose in a way it is sedition against the tyrannical violation of rights.

Good point.

A proponent of The Myth. Try doing a little research on it. You’re wrong.

Does the 1st Amendment say “shall not be infringed”?

We should be praising the four sheriffs that committed to following the law rather than the six, mostly in rural areas, who are committed to ignoring the law.

These are things people agreed on at one time.

People agreed on Proposition 8 at one time. Your fear does not trump my rights.

There we go, that’s what I was waiting on.

There are over 20.

People need to read the actual link the op posted. I quoted it exactly and yet I get a baseless complaint. Lol

What are you talking about?

There’d be a 98% probability that a mass shooting wouldn’t happen in them.

They’re refusing to acknowledge the result of an election.

They’re committing treason.

Actually, it sounds like they’re being “activist” sheriffs.

I think they call them “constitutional sheriffs”. But yeah, they are just activists IMO.
