SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!

The voters knew it was lawfare and revolved around expired misdemeanors that they bumped up to “felonies” for political purposes.

I think they (woke libs) just keep repeating it now for Trolling purposes.

Well it seems DC police chief Pamela Smith cooked the crime books to protect her image.

The other side:
In a statement Sunday, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser said, “The men and women of the Metropolitan Police Department run towards danger every day to reduce homicides, carjackings, armed robberies, sexual assaults, and more. The precipitous decline in crime in our city is attributable to their hard work and dedication and Chief Smith’s leadership.”

“I thank Chief Smith for her commitment to the safety of DC residents and for holding the Metropolitan Police Department to an exacting standard, and I expect no less from our next Chief of Police,” she added.

Not the strongest of rebuttals. Thanks and goodbye.

And if this is true she needs to resign or be removed. Not a difficult decision at all.

She did…

There you go then. Good news.

UPDATE

The DOD is going to reduce Kelly’s rank.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth called the Arizona Democrat’s “seditious” statements on a video with other members of Congress telling service members they have the right to refuse to execute illegal orders.

Hegseth also issued a formal letter of censure against Kelly, which the Defense secretary said details “reckless misconduct” by the retired Navy captain and astronaut.

Hegesth said that the Defense Department has began a proceeding aimed at reducing Kelly’s rank in retirement, which would in turn lead to a decrease in retirement pay.

CNBC is refusing to use the correct names of the Department of War and the War Secretary.
That is seditious and they need to be punished.

Shouldn’t have run off at the mouth for politics, then.

I mean, he is a politician.

Choose more wisely.

Veteran and astronaut Mark Kelly? Choose better than him? lol.

That is not an accurate synopsis of what took place and what happens to Mark Kelly facing the military court-martial that will examine his seditious comments, will corroborate that. What the six suggested was very, Very, VERY wrong.

Kelly, a retired Naval Captain, subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice under Title 10 USC, should have choose his actions with more wisdom. The rules that apply to him, also apply to me and every other retired member of the US military. His status as a elected politician didn’t change that reality.

do those rules also include U.S. Army National Guard members?

He chose politics. If he wanted to keep his rank, he should have chosen to not accuse service members of acting unlawfully.

The Guard is covered under Title 10 also. But UCMJ jurisdiction applies to the active force. Retirement from the National Guard isn’t the same as retirement from the active force. A National Guard member is subject to the UCMJ while on active duty for training and when they are called to active duty as federalized forces (the President has ordered them to active duty for a mission.) When they retire, unlike an active duty retiree they don’t start receiving their military pension until age 60. They are covered by civilian law, not the UCMJ when not in active/federalized status. They are the organized militia (state troops), trained and equipped by the Department of War, but under the control of their state, unless federalized. When the State Governor activates them for an emergency they are not federalized and state law applies.
