5:05 PM ET – Peter Schweizer, best selling author is here with some more from his new book, “Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Elite,” is here to discuss what we heard yesterday during the defense by the President’s legal team in the Senate chamber. There is so much coming out about the Bidens, and specifically the shady business deals of Hunter Biden. Pam Bondi and Dershowitz said this in court yesterday:
Harvard Law School Professor Alan Dershowitz, delivering a spirited constitutional defense of President Trump at his Senate impeachment trial Monday night, flatly turned toward House impeachment managers and declared they had picked “dangerous” and “wrong” charges against the president — noting that neither “abuse of power” nor “obstruction of Congress” was remotely close to an impeachable offense as the framers had intended.

In a dramatic primetime moment, the liberal constitutional law scholar reiterated that although he voted for Hillary Clinton, he could not find constitutional justification for the impeachment of a president for non-criminal conduct, or conduct that was not at least “akin” to defined criminal conduct.
“I’m sorry, House managers, you just picked the wrong criteria. You picked the most dangerous possible criteria to serve as a precedent for how we supervise and oversee future presidents,” Dershowitz told the House Democrats, including head House impeachment manager Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif.

5:30 PM ET – Dr. Josh Umbehr of Atlas M.D. and Dr. Lee S. Gross, President of Docs 4 Patient Care Foundation and Founder, Epiphany Health Direct Primary Care, will give us what they have learned from the CDC and HHS about the coronavirus. With several states in the US reporting case of the virus, and two deaths in Canada as a result of the illness, many are on high alert.

During a Tuesday news conference which included U.S. Health Secretary Alex Azar, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Robert Redfield, National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Disease (NCIRD) Director Nancy Messonnier, and National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Director Anthony Fauci, officials said the outbreak is a “potentially very serious public health threat” in the United States, but that the current risk remains low.

Azar said the Chinese have refused continued offers from the U.S. to send CDC officials to the country to help with outbreak responses.
