3:30 PM ET – David Schoen, Criminal Defense & Civil Liberties attorney, stops by to discuss the release of the Bruce Ohr 302’s and the clear evidence of wrongdoing by the biased members of the FBI.

Judicial Watch, the Washington, D.C.-based conservative watchdog group, filed a federal lawsuit in September 2018 against the Justice Department for access to the FBI’s notes, known as “302s,” of its 2016 and 2017 interviews in order to “compel compliance with the Freedom of Information Act” after the DOJ declined to voluntarily hand over the requested materials following the group’s August 2018 request.

Ohr, who had worked with Steele years prior and who acted as an unofficial conduit between Steele and the bureau, had a dozen such interviews with the FBI: one in November 2016, three in December 2016, three in January 2017, two in February 2017, and three in May 2017. At least some of the details from those conversations could be released by Thursday instead of the original Monday target date after the FBI pushed for a couple of extra days. He was the fourth-ranking official at the DOJ until he was demoted after it was revealed he met with Steele and Glenn Simpson, the co-founder of the opposition research firm Fusion GPS, which commissioned Steele’s work.

4:05 PM ET – John Solomon, Executive Vice President and columnist for The Hill, has written a story on democratic donor – George Soros. Where’s the outrage about this “1 percenter”? John will also comment on Bruce Ohr and the 302’s.

Liberal mega-donor George Soros made some big bets during the last U.S. presidential election. One was that Hillary Clinton would win the presidency. Another was that he could reshape Ukraine’s government to his liking and that his business empire might find fertile ground in that former Soviet state.
So when Donald Trump’s improbable march to the White House picked up steam in the spring of 2016, Team Soros marched to the top of the State Department to protect some of those investments, according to newly released department memos providing a rare glimpse into the Democratic donor’s extraordinary access to the Obama administration.

Then-Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland received repeated calls, emails and meeting requests from Soros, according to the memos obtained under the Freedom of Information Act by the conservative group Citizens United.

5:05 PM ET – Jason Chaffetz, Former Congressman and Fox News Contributor, and author of a new book, Power Grab: The Liberal Scheme to Undermine Trump, The GOP, and our Republic. (It’s available for pre-sale now it will be in bookstores Sept. 3.) Chaffetz also wrote, “The Deep State: How an Army of Bureaucrats Protected Barack Obama and is Working to Destroy the Trump Agenda.” With the release of the 302’s relating to Bruce Ohr, we see just how much corruption has truly been going on –

Christopher Steele, the ex-British spy who compiled the salacious anti-Trump dossier that sparked the Russia investigation, feared congressional inquiries, according to new documents released Thursday night.

The surprising revelation was the most interesting detail among the 34 pages of FBI agent interview notes with Justice Department official Bruce Ohr. Known as 302s, the notes document FBI agents’ interviews with Mr. Ohr.

In May 2017, Mr. Ohr told the agents Mr. Steele was “worried” about the upcoming Senate testimony of then-FBI Director James B. Comey. The 302s do not indicate specifically what he feared Mr. Comey might say, but he was especially concerned about questions that he expected to be raised by Sen. Charles E. Grassley, Iowa Republican. At that time, Mr. Grassley chaired the Senate Judiciary Committee.

The section detailing what had Mr. Steele so worried is heavily redacted.
