4:05 PM ET – Mark Morgan, Former Chief of Border Patrol under the Obama Administration and retired Assistant Director of the FBI. He has been outspoken of the left and their inability to put their party affiliation aside to address the real issue of illegal immigration. The crisis is real and our CBP officers and ICE agents need our support, not feigned outrage about us talking about a ‘manufactured crisis.’ Maybe some Democrats care about avocados, but the rest of us care about illegal immigration crime against American citizens. This is a national epidemic, not just border states. We have to protect our children, look at this story out of Louisiana:
Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry has announced the arrest of an undocumented immigrant accused of more than 100 counts of child sex crimes.
Miguel Martinez, 44, was arrested on 100 counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13 years old, one count of production under the age of 13, and one count of sexual battery of a juvenile under the age of 13.
Landry says Martinez was living in Harvey, Louisiana illegally, was previously deported in 2005, and is also a registered sex offender in California.
Landry said in a post on Twitter:
“Illegal immigration has real-life consequences – countless numbers of needless crime victims, including too many Louisiana families and children. It’s time to join @POTUS in demanding action on our Southern Border. #BuildTheWall”
