A court ruled that Trump could not delete negative comments on his Twitter feed because it is inseparable from the office of the presidency and to do so violated the first amendment.
That suggests to me that elected officials are barred from saying things on Twitter that they cannot say in an official capacity.
Now I do realize that trump slams corporations on Twitter regularly, but that is very bad behavior and probably bordering on illegality.
I don’t think AOC should be using her Twitter for such things as this.
