A previously deported immigrant from Honduras made national headlines this week when he was arrested for “raping a child” after Philadelphia authorities intentionally ignored ICE detainer requests.
“The City of Brotherly Love, a previously deported immigrant from Honduras raped a child after Philadelphia authorities ignored ICE detainers… He was deported from the US in 2009, back in the country in March 2014,” said Hannity while speaking with DHS Secretary Nielsen.
“After local and criminal charges against him were dropped… he was released. After that he was arrested and convicted for the rape of a child,” said Sean.
The arrest comes on the heels of Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney’s infamous “dance of joy” after a federal judge upheld his city’s ‘Sanctuary Status.’
