The newly sworn-in Mayor of San Francisco unloaded on President Trump during her fiery inauguration speech Wednesday; blasting the Commander-in-Chief’s crackdown on illegal immigration and vowing to continue the city’s Sanctuary policies.
Within seconds of becoming San Francisco’s new mayor, London Breed took a swipe at the President, saying her city doesn’t “put children in cages, we put them in the classrooms.”
“As a SFUSD graduate, I’m committed to building more teacher housing, prioritizing neighborhood schools, and creating opportunities for paid internships and job training. We’ll tell the President that in SF we don’t put children in cages; we put them in classrooms!” she tweeted.
