S.C. believed to lack 5 votes to affirm non-conditional, U.S. birthright citizenship

here is the govt website.

So, now you are indicating Alligator Alcatraz will be very active with deporting illegal entrant foreign nationals, including anchor baby moms?

And the babies, don’t forget the babies. I saw where some MAGA ass clown from Minnesota or somewhere was saying they don’t have alligators, but they can feed the to bears.

No word from SCOTUS yet?

They are also required to have a visa to be here. Just see how that worked out.

You like to set percentages on your guesses Allan … what percent of age 18+ male illegal immigrants do you think are registered with the Selective Service?

Semantics. If they came here with intent to live here, they are immigrants. Before 1924 there were only immigrants … no illegal immigrants.

That is a good question for Allan.

Hey Allan, what percent of age 18+ male illegal entrant foreign nationals do you think are registered with the Selective Service?

Key words:
‘citizens’ ‘residing’ etc…
Ambasy staff, prison inmates……foreign students, visitors…
They all ‘reside’ on US soil.
Are they all supposed to register?

not semantics. Stop being a victim of the lefts torture of our legal language. They are NOT immigrants. They are not undocumented workers, they are not undocumented americans, they are not any form of immigrant. Being an immigrant requires some sort of legal status. Their intent is irrelevant, what matters is their legal status. They are visitors without visas. Illegal aliens. Not immigrants. There is no such thing as an illegal immigrant. The only difference between someone who overstays a tourist Visa and someone who crosses the border illegally is the one that overstays the visa did not enter illegally.

and if they dont? they are still required to register for the draft.

Allan

immigrant has such a simple definition, people who come to a foreign country for permanent residence

Allan

I’m not the victim here Ben.

You don’t get to make up your own definitions.

im·mi·grant
/ˈiməɡrənt/
noun
a person who comes to live permanently in a foreign country.

If their intent is to live here they are immigrants.

That wasn’t the point Allan. The point was the part you left out.

To me it’s not a hill to die on. The important word is ILLEGAL. Of course, the libs are frantically trying to scour that word from the discussion.

Their minds have been ground into mush by the never ending misapplication and bastardization of words to misdirect and soften what is really being talked about.

This began in the 1920s with the use of “gay” to avoid using the descriptive sexual deviant identifier “homosexuals”, and today, instead of an accurate identifier such as illegal entrant or illegal alien, to accurately define who is being talked about, our FIFTH COLUMN media constanly softens identifing who is being discussed by using “migrants” “immigrants”, “immigrant families” and such, and the mindless latch on to these softeners and become useful idiots.

JWK

They are not “progressives” or “liberals”. They are Authoritarian Revolutionaries, the very kind who disarmed the good people of Cuba, stole their property, and now rule over the people with an iron fist and the barrel of a gun.

The word gay was used purposefully internally within the community. It was then used derogatorily by those outside the community . Your history sucks.

undocumented, illegal immigrants have been removed by ICE since the agency was formed in 2003.

Tell them why.

To hide.

Incorrect. It was determined the correct name for it was “too clinical” and lead to less acceptance by the gen pop.

Interesting story of branding. Smart move.
