The old communist just does what he wants these days.
I just checked and WHEW! Estonia pays 2.16% of its GDP for defense.
I guess that means Trump will be OK with helping them if they need it.
If it had been Latvia or Lithuania though (only about 1.5%), they’d have been screwed.
