and that isn’t counting the long term ramifications of third and fourth level. heard a while back about the census still have not counted 40% of households because of rona issues. that means many regions will not only be short of local cash to deal with all these problems but fed cash too

The federal payments are of course in addition to the State UE payments and don’t include stimulus payments another of which is supposed to be coming in a few weeks.
