No the real point is that the FISA situation is under review. As of now there is no conclusion that the system was abused.
They didnāt tell the FISA courts the dossier was Clinton paid for campign garbage.

And the radio doesnāt tell us that Carter Page was no longer associated with the Trump campaign when the surveillance of him began, which was in October of 2016.
