Once Trump fully secures our border and get the worst of worst and most of illegals out of our country he will come up with better immigration system/plan.

Short term Trump will continue to enforce immigration laws, including deportations, as much as he can until his term is over. What, someone who didn’t flinch after years of the opposition trying to put him in jail is going to flinch because of political opposition to his policies?
Long term…depends entirely on what happens in the next two elections.

If Trump expanded DACA, especially if there were no trade off with Democrats. I don’t think he will..but he might.

A border secure enough that we can reform immigration law allowing more legal immigrants and have easier and simpler work visa’s for those who don’t plan on staying.
The opportunity for all the remaining long term illegals who came as adults and who commit no crimes against people or property to to become permanent residents if they apply and otherwise qualify
Automatic naturalized citizenship for illegals who were brought here as minors if they keep their nose clean once they turn 18 and have been here for 10 years
Automatic birthright citizenship for those born here to illegal aliens once they reach 18 YoA.
Automatic citizenship for any illegal who enlists in the service and serves 6 years upon receiving an honorable discharge regardless of length of stay and automatic permanent residency for their spouse and children while they serve with the opportunity to become citizens after 10 years if they choose.
For shorter term illegals, apply as normal with one caveat, you will be eligible for a work visa even if you’re not eligible for anything else and after you’ve been here for 15 years with no crimes against people or property, you can become a permanent resident.
for those who do not apply or who enter illegally after the law id passed … automatic deportation, no questions, no appeals, no coming back.
As far as the deployments go. They are short term, when they end they end. I expect leftists to continue to be leftists. Should be a bit fewer crimes though. Many of those being targeted now, have extensive criminal histories and are responsible for a lot of crime. I know the left doesn’t want to believe it, but they are targeting the criminals, others are getting swept up with them.

He always wanted to make DACA law. He just wanted it with the wall, not without. In fact, in his proposal it covered many more people than Democrats were asking for.
