They have no clue who the Maryland shooter is. He won’t talk. Is he part of a group? Does he have accomplices? Are there other shootings planned? Waiting until this maniac identifies himself is insanity to me. Take his picture, put it out over the media and do it now. Somebody knows who he is. Why wait?
Why bother…in mere seconds, they can ID him through his DMV thumbprints, and within hours get enough of his known friends to talk and find out all they need to know.

BTW, are we talking about the Capitol Gazette shooting, or another incident in MD?
