Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA)

One of the “measures” Brandon mentioned in his little tantrums is repealing of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA).

Here is the summary of this law.

Here is the actual law.

I have seen a couple of articles where suits are being filed, one by a Uvalde teacher who was present at the school, against the manufacturer in that case.

This is a blatant attempt to destroy the industry by working around the Constitution.

Arms manufacturers do not sell directly to the public. Ever. There is no “factory direct” here.

Arms manufacturers can be sued under this law for manufacturing defects and other acts for which they are directly responsible.

This law became necessary because of a concerted effort to destroy an industry by members of government, including that ass clown Cuomo. At the time, the blatantly admitted what they were doing.

I would sincerely hope that the adults in the room would keep and enforce this law. The judiciary needs to do its job here.

There is no logic behind this suits, they are nothing more than petty deep pockets schemes at best and conspiracy at worst.

Then they should sue the manufacturers of alcohol for drivers who kill someone while driving drunk. The list goes on and on.

It’s an emotional argument. Once again, this doesn’t stop the criminals it just adds restrictions to those that abide by the law.

Indeed.

Once again hold everything, and everyone, except the shooter accountable.
