President Trump On Trial for Fraud (Civil)

The mountain of evidence is that he took bribes. Why would he claim it on his taxes? Thats the discussion we were having

There is no mountain of evidence that he claimed it on his taxes. You should stop

He has millions of dollars in assets that he purchased so that IMO he had to disguise illegal income in a legal way allowing him to justify those purchases. Now if that doesn’t make sense, what more can I say?

It makes sense and i am glad we agree now. You imagined that he claimed it on his taxes by hiding it and hoping for evidence to satisfy your imagination. Like always.

So Op-eds, talk shows, radio shows…all felonies…

They were Picketing at judges houses to influence an outcome? When?

Right. Exactly

How did he do that?

You make up facts, then imagine that it was implied and create a debate within yourself. :sunglasses: :tumbler_glass:

Did you just self reflect? Was it the scotch :heart_eyes:

He’s arguing that picketing a judges house is free speech when it says doing it trying to influence an outcome is a felony, which is what they did. They are imaginative.

The best question you’ve asked? How does a person on a salary such as his, purchase millions and millions and millions of dollars in assets?

The statute does not determine free speech. My gosh. You guys are the worst constitutionalists ever.

It says Picketing a judges home with the intent to influence a decision is a felony, it’s in bold letters, you are the worst context reader of all time. If they weren’t picketing to influence roe v wade decisions then why were they picketing in the first place? Ohh wait they were trying to influence which is a felony

I know what it says.

You haven’t gotten to the part of what decision they were trying to influence and whether that decision was already made

But we will get there.

First we have to establish as how does the statute over ride the first amendment.

They were deliberating on if Roe V wade was states rights issue or a national issue.

When Biden left the West Wing, the big money started coming. In 2017, the Bidens declared $11.1 million in total earnings, nearly twice as much in a single year as they had made in the previous 18 years combined. About $10 million of that flowed through two S-corporations called CelticCapri and Giacoppa. The Biden campaign explained in a press release last year that the money in those entities came from speaking engagements and book payments connected to Joe’s memoir, Promise Me, Dad, and Jill’s memoir, Where the Light Enters. Publishers Weekly reported in 2017 that the couple’s book deal with Flatiron Books was valued at $8 million. In February 2017, Joe Biden was also named the Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, a post that earned him a $372,000 salary that year.

The next year, Biden stayed on at Penn, earning $405,000. He and Jill also earned $3.7 million from their books and speaking gigs. Depending on where he was speaking, Joe Biden’s payout varied dramatically. He earned $8,000 for a stop in Ann Arbor, Michigan, for instance, but he received $190,000 for a speech in Madison, New Jersey, paid for by Drew University, according to his financial disclosure form. The Bidens’ earnings, which also included payments from pensions and Social Security, totaled $4.6 million in 2018.

It would be super super easy to verify all these earning claims, and I’m certain the GOP committees investigation him have done so.

Notice, his income sky rocketed after he left office. Hard to trade policy for money when you aren’t in office.

No they were not.

The decision was leaked then the picketing started.

No they weren’t. They picketed after teh decision was known.

The decision was not publicly made, and the picketing happened prior to it being publicly made which proves intent to influence because of the leak. You proved my point without realizing it.
