Good, the right and proper verdict.

Even though he was white, which obviously was a huge negative for him with a racist like Alvin Bragg, it was noted that it was very likely the jury members were well aware with the garbage that is not uncommon on the subway, and are just sick of it too.

That cannot be answered. Only thing we know for sure is that Penny’s restraint by itself caused his death because the Coroner ruled that out.

The medical examiner did not say that. The defense medical consultant did testify to that.

One paid to be scientifically accurate and the other paid to give the testimony he was paid to give.
