Agreed - as i have said before the electorate is fickle and contrary to what is said on here, the vast majority of Americans take a fleeting interest in politics and thats around election time.
Young people, especially out of college, are having trouble finding decent Jobs and especially ones that can make homes affordable. People are getting used to a new atmosphere where they donât expect to do better than their parents. Prices are going up higher than earnings expectations.
Until if and when that changes people will blame those in power and those in a position to control the country.
If this continues, the next President and congressional leaders will be blamed too.
Eventually, the entire system we have been living under and its norms will be questioned.
Likely I will be gone by then.
We never get that far because despite the belief that people are in general pessimistic, people are in fact generally optimistic about the future so we never get that far. Barring a singularity we never will
