Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi addressed her colleagues Wednesday as lawmakers prepped a vote on whether to send Articles of Impeachment to the Senate; saying she’s “concerned that all roads lead to Russia.”

“Most American would think that voters in America should decide who our President is. Not Vladimir Putin and Russia deciding who our President is. I’m very concerned, that in all of this… That all roads lead to Russia, all roads lead to Putin,” said Pelosi on the House floor.

Pelosi held a press briefing Wednesday morning; naming the “managers” who will pitch the Democrats’ impeachment case before the US Senate during next week’s trial.

“The House managers include House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., who led much of the impeachment inquiry out of his committee with dramatic hearings to develop the case against the president and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., whose panel drafted the articles of impeachment,” reports Fox News. “Pelosi also tapped House Democratic Caucus Chairman Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y.; Wisconsin Rep. Jason Crow, D-Colo.; Val Demings, D-Fla.; Sylvia Garcia, D-Texas; and Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif.”
