scientific test? for immigration cases?

thats a total deflection.

in 8% of the cases, the claims were valid. in the other 92% they were not.

why are you questioning the outcome?

oh yeah it doesnt fit your rightie narrative.

Allan

Isn’t that stat supporting what many of us are saying? Nonetheless, I would love to see for any of the approved cases how they fit the following criteria?

persecution due to:

Race
Religion
Nationality
Membership in a particular social group
Political opinion

And its not a ■■■■■■■ narrative as what’s going on at the border is no secret as how all of this is being orchestrated by the cartels.

No.

@Samm came up with the ridiculous figure of .05% and @WuWei said zero cases for south America.

i too am interested in asylum grants from South America.

obviously the immigration judges think the 8% made their case.

the other 92%……well they didnt.

some made the cut. the vast majority didnt.

but thats way more than .05%

Allan

I see your problem. You think I asserted that the percent of illegal immigrants who are legitimate asylum applicants is 0.5%. I did not. What I said was that the legitimate claims for asylum were probably closer to 0.5% than the 5% figure that was being tossed around. I forget sometimes how poor your reading comprehension capability is.

the united states immigration judges disagree with your assessment.

8% is the real number.

and dont blame me i am only the messenger.

Allan

What I blame you for is that if that’s the case, 92% don’t belong here but because of Brandonites and Brandon…they are. They’re overrunning our school systems, hospitals and other tax funded entities that they’re literally bankrupting. The only good news in all of this is that sanctuary cities and their dumbass citizens FINALLY…have to actually put THEIR MONEY WHERE THEIR MOUTH IS…

…so now…IT’S A PROBLEM and they’re complaining to Brandon.

Who votes for dems after this kind of stuff?

No, it’s not. We have been over this. It’s 8% of applications processed, NOT 8% of people who illegally entered the country.

Just stop. You’re making a fool of yourself.

correction its 8% of the asylum cases adjudicated in fiscal 2023 so far.

what do you think it will be next year. .05%? lol.

Allan

Finally! Acknowledgement of what I have been saying all along. A small fraction of the total number of souls who have illegally come into this country. So yes … about 0.5% is probably more accurate than 8% or even the 5% you have also bandied about.

so you admit to he fact like the fact that more than .05% of asylum cases adjudicated in 2023 and that asylum is granted. finally facts over opinions.

boy you are a tough convince. but at last the facts have gotten though to you.

Allan

You just don’t know when your beat. That’s either admirable or really stupid.

Three guesses as to what I think it is.

are you kidding me. i post facts that prove you decisively wrong.

and you think you beat me. lol

try again. how bout some facts to back up your .05% assertion.

there aint any.

just blowing smoke.

Allan

I have never made an assertion about 0.05% of anything.

Just stop. You are beginning to make me feel sorry for you.

so what figure did you incorrectly assert so that i can quote your incorrect assertion correctly.

Allan

That’s because you’re thinking of them as “asylum seekers” instead of future Democrats. Clears things right up doesn’t it?

I have told you numerous times, the statement that I made that you have latched your teeth into was that the number of illegal imigrants who meet the requirements for asylum is probably closer to 0.5% rather than the 5% number being bandied about. Never have I stated the 0.5% figure as fact. But you have chosen not only to distort that statement but to also distort the figures from INS by comparing approvals to the number of applications processed instead of to the total number who illegally cross the border. Your dishonesty in the course of this conversation is blatant. So just stop.

how can that be when united states immigration judges have that figure closer to 8%

your criteria for asylum differs from 2023 immigration judges thinking.of the criteria.

methinks the immigration judges might know slightly more than a layman with an agenda.

Allan

Send them all to Jersey. Maybe after a few whiffs of those landfills they will deport themselves.
