Yep… and if he really wanted to send the libs in a tizzy he would add that it made him realize that his place of privilege has allowed him to realize that he… as a young white man from a place of means… could have had a past like that and still be given the opportunity to rise to the highest level in his field while others who are not so fortunate are judged much more harshly for much more minor offenses and that he keeps that level of inequity in mind when making his rulings.
