Ford is going to testify about one incident.
Kav is going to have to defend himself about multiple incidents.
Based on the foxnews interview, I think he is going to rely a lot on talking points and will not directly answer questions and I don’t think he will be able to defend himself well enough.
There are two things have have to go perfectly for Kav.
- Ford testifies and the GOP Prosecutor has to poke holes in her story to make people question her account
- Kav testifies but now he has to testify not just to Ford but the several other allegations out there and he is going to have a hard time from the dems and can the GOP Prosecuter then redeem him. This is going to be tough.
I’d like to see Kav on the supreme court due to his views but I really doubt he can make it though the gauntlet he has to walk tomorrow. I’m rooting for him but it is going to be tough going.

There’s no evidence to suggest the claims are true and no reason to blindly accept them other than partisan politics and prejudice.
Six prior background checks by the FBI turned up zero problems and if the accuser in this case had anything of substance to offer she’s had an opportunity to present it each time he’s been appointed to a new position.
If there were any truth to the claims being made now where were they during the previous hearings and why didn’t she present them?

Then there is the is the matter of you assuming that that every single case of sexual assault would have been reporting back in those those days regardless of their eggresiousness despite being point out that isn’t the case and you dismissing them out of hand because it doesn’t line up to your political leannings. it amounts to why the countless cases of abuse in the catholic church were never reported until well into this decade. Sadly they just like the GOP today are doing virtually nothing but deny the ■■■■ even now.
Tens of thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands of instances where sexual misconduct might have happened, and you think a few dozen not being reported is statistically irrevelant… go figure.

Sorry…That’s all that’s going on here. If they could get Kavanaugh to drop out tonight they’d quit caring about every one of those women tomorrow. Worry about them would get in the way of planning how they would try to take out whoever is nominated next after all…
