It appears that good ole Shifty made false statements in order to secure more favorable mortgage loan terms. Fraud. Which is basically theft by deception. You have to assume that the feds have the docs to back this up. Otherwise, there would be no case. So, my question is this. We know he’s already proven to be a world class liar with the B.S. he spun about Trump/Russia and other whoppers. Also, he refuses to say a word when questioned. He does the ole shifty eye thing and says nothing. So, based on his record of deception, should Shifty be booted from the Senate? Yes, I know libs, all of your beloved politicians are Saints. In capable of wrongdoing. But it appears the feds have the receipts.

The judge and the prosecutor put a different value on the properties than the appraisers did and claimed that the loan, that Deutsche Bank had never complained about, had accepted their appraisers value, and had been completely paid back, had been given on overinflated property value.
Mind you the Deutsche Bank’s appraisers had appraised the properties. The Judge and judge alone determined they were wrong.
