You are the one who called the New York Post a “conservative rag”. You are the one who went down that path.
I see you are still deflecting and avoiding talking about the actual story which highlights the insanity of Alvin Bragg’s policy which puts the general public in harm’s way.

They are not “liberals” or “progressives”. They are Socialist Revolutionaries, the very kind who took over Cuba and now rule over the people with an iron fist.
Debate? All you offer are unsubstantiated and absurd opinions.
JWK
Today’s Democrat Party Leadership is infested with Socialist Revolutionaries, the same kind that took over Cuba and now rule over the people with an iron fist
How sweet of you to ignore “unsubstantiated” as distinguished from substantiated opinions.
All you offer are unsubstantiated and absurd opinions.

There you go again, making stuff up and posting falsehoods about me.
The truth is, I do substantiate my “opinions” as I did HERE, and especially HERE confirming Bragg type policy results in more crime from criminals who would otherwise be locked up where they belong.
The bottom line is, unlike you, I do substantiate my “opinions” and provide evidence. So, stop making crap up!
JWK
Our socialist revolutionaries are known for accusing others of what they themselves are guilty of.
How do those to articles about bail reform substantiate your opinion that alternatives to incarceration are going to lead to an increase in crime or that Bragg is a socialist revolutionary?
So now you employ the old and tired stupid debating trick of bait and switch.
JWK
Why have a written constitution approved by the people if those who it is designed to limit and control are free to make it mean whatever they wish it to mean?
What did I bait with and what did I switch it to? I’m going off the stuff you complained about in this thread, especially in your OP. I’m not trying to be unfair to you.
In regard to your assertions I posted the following:

Yes, that is what you wrote earlier, to which I responded:
…and you accused me of baiting and switching. So instead of just repeating what you wrote earlier why not answer my question: What did I bait with and what did I switch it to?
Give it a break. What I posted above was not intended to have anything to do with “alternatives to incarceration” or “that Bragg is a socialist revolutionary” nor did I mention that in the post, but is now your current bait and switch nonsense.
Is that not one of the central points of his memo? Sure, it mentions bail reform, but my read of it is much more a focus on sentencing and exploring alternatives to incarceration. Are you telling me your OP is only concerned with bail changes, something that NYC did before Bragg came into office?
And you yourself have brought up “socialist revolutionaries” numerous times in this thread applying it willy-nilly to who ever you have a disagreement with. You probably think I’m a “socialist revolutionary” despite the fact that I’m not a socialist. If you don’t want to put something on the table for discussion, then don’t bring it up.
