NY Post Reporter resigns because of Harris book story

Almost as good as the Biden is taking away your hamburgers story.
The CEC is grasping for straws and making fools of themselves.
And I thought that the Murdoch people were smarter then this.

Probably these things are more likely when you are writing to a narrative. Like when CNN reported that Trump Jr received an advisory email about the release of information from wikileaks only to have it turn out later that the email was dated after the documents had been made public.

Can you imagine if her action was the standard applied to the entire MSM? Would there be any journalists left? Fake news is the standard today.

Harris should donate them.

Otherwise they will go to waste.

“To me, when you talk about, you know, ‘Oh, is this right wing going after John Kerry. They don’t like John Kerry.’ It just worries me,” Williams said. “Like last week we had the hamburger story. ‘Oh, Biden’s gonna take your hamburger.’”

“Or, you know, it’s always, ‘Kamala Harris’s book is being given to immigrants.’ These stories are false,” Williams said, “but the right wing echo chamber starts going crazy because you can go after a Democrat.”

“On this story, I think it’s important that you notice that people like Lindsey Graham, you know, strong Republican voice out of South Carolina, says he doesn’t know whether or not we can trust this so-called tape,” Williams said. “The State Department saying that the timeline is way off."

Reminds me of the Hunter Biden laptop story- no reporter wanted sign their name to it.
"The New York Post’s front-page article about Hunter Biden on Wednesday was written mostly by a staff reporter who refused to put his name on it, two Post employees said.

“Bruce Golding, a reporter at the Rupert Murdoch-owned tabloid since 2007, did not allow his byline to be used because he had concerns over the article’s credibility, the two Post employees said, speaking on the condition of anonymity out of fear of retaliation.”

Didn’t this book thing come up for another politician in the past 20 years? But it was real.

You mean this?
https://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/media/gop-book-deals/2021/04/15/154f3820-9ca5-11eb-b7a8-014b14aeb9e4_story.html

Or all these?

Journalists are not the problem. Arrogance, combined with ignorance, by many so-called patriots, is the bigger concern. The CEC has become Bizarro world.

Then you’re absolutely blind to the reality around us. As I’ve said now for sometime…and now it’s being exposed…is the absolute sheoplization of the masses by the MSM. Historical news as “we” knew it, is…history.

The RW has been attacking the media for decades. In the last decade or so, it has morphed into hysterics, based mostly on BS.

And many people, have bought into the BS.

It is sad, and more importantly, dangerous.

It is good to be skeptical, and look at the many sides of a story. But when pure fabrication is defended, all the while, calling legitimate news events “fake”… that is a rabbit hole people should avoid.

Here’s the thing: it doesn’t matter. It’s already in the sludgy, toxic GOP bloodstream. We’ll be hearing this asserted as fact for the next three decades.

Well, we now know for certain that the Trump campaign shared polling and voter data that (as has long been suspected) made its way to the Kremlin and GRU in their targeting of US voters.

It only sounds like wild hyperbole if you haven’t been paying attention and spending more time trying to hand wave away all those contacts and connections.

:+1:lol, go with that, you have him now

Does not matter if one does know know what a horse is, or where the water is.

But keep trying!

The right wing attitude towards the news seems to be, well the mainstream media lies to me 15% of the time, so I’m just going to go to the media that lies to me 70% of the time, but tells me lies I want to hear.
