NY Post: Mamdani is under fire for charging people $13 per beer at his ‘victory party’!

I wouldn’t really call myself a beer snob. I don’t drink much anymore but when I want a beer with an eat out dinner I usually get a Dos Equis or a Modelo. I’ve always been partial to Mexican beer more than anything else.

But Bud Light? That stuff is dog piss.

Drink too many of those and you’ll be bowing to King Chuck.

I may have a beer now and then…and it’s certainly not going to be piss beer when I do.

I guess I’m a beer snob.

Yes they have changed. And they are doing it. You don’t get to ignore it.

When I can find it Iron City Beer and not the IC Light.
I was raised on it. They say “Cleopatra used to bathe in Iron City Beer”

I grow hops too.

I just like the bitter, plant-y flavor.

No that’s not all Allan, he hasn’t even been sworn in yet. $13 beer isn’t even the tip of the iceberg. It’s just a hint of things to come.

Yep. Such a delicious metaphor.

That would be an interesting scenario. I’m betting that NYC would soon sue Trump to end it.

Gotta wait until he’s sworn it first.

Not really. Black dudes who wear those same shades also drive lifted up 10 year old trucks and then complain about the gas mileage.

The key word there was “complain.”

Neither is “brown skin.”

Everyone knows that these shades mean business in the front, party in the back.

It’s common sense. When you go deer hunting do you shoot anything with four legs or do you analyze the animal’s appearance to determine whether it is a legal to take adult male deer?

Yes there is, but it had nothing to do with taste. Ales do not travel well without refrigeration and lagers do. The proliferation of micro-breweries changed that. The fact that lagers were preferred in this country is purely one of habit, not quality.

It’s the hard liquors that get me. I can’t really taste anything behind the alcohol at those levels.

Just the beginning of “making NYC affordable” fulfilling a campaign promise right?
