There is a recall effort gaining momentum for Newsome of California. It’s over his lockdowns.

Cuomo is shutting down NYC despite contact tracing showing > 2% coming from public dining. And listening to him, he doesn’t care.

What’s going on here? Is this following the science?

It is not following the science. They are power hungry tyrants. When Florida is back to normal and the tyrants are still in lockdown, maybe them people will finally revolt?

A virus without those is of no consequence. We are the host and we provide the means of transmission. The only variable which has been under our control thus far is transmission. We have not controlled transmission. If people want to blame a piece of RNA which can’t even self-replicate in order to avoid responsibility, that is their choice.

I save more than I spend. I could go years without income if needed. Does that make people feel better? The person with savings shouldn’t claim to value lives over money because they have money? It’s apparent where lives are on the importance spectrum if that’s the argument.

I’m blessed enough that I have a lot of room to hurt for those who have had everything taken away from them. By government overreach.

Tomorrow, I will go to work. I cannot help but be both resentful of the people that come into my place of business from out of state for their hypocrisy while at the same time grateful that I have a governor who leaves safety protocols up to me so I can continue to employ people and keep my business going.

You nailed it. Whitmer in particular appears down right gleeful every time she announces she is putting down her thumb even tighter on people.
