I agree, but if the Supreme Court doesn’t get control of this, the courts may find there is more than one book.

The slowness of the system is frustrating. Trump knew the Libs would do what they’re doing, and he wants the issues resolved for good in the SCOTUS, but while his agenda is put on hold, Americans continue to die. That’s the real victory we have to take from Libs.

Obeying that judges demand and ordering a flight of criminal illegal alien thugs to be returned to the US would have been insane.

I would like to see the look on that judges face when SCOTUS tells him that Trump is within his Constitutional prerogative to do what he’s doing. I’m sure the leftist hissy fits will be on CNN and MSNBC though. Maybe more of their hosts will get fired or take “vacations” from being overwhelmed by Trump’s actions. Yeah, I figured as much. Doesn’t mean someone can’t introduce articles of impeachment, even if it goes nowhere. That at least puts the judges on notice that they are being watched and identified. It’s more the smackdown by SCOTUS that is realistic, though John Roberts and apparently Barrett are not Constitutional absolutists. My prediction is that Trump will continue his policy regardless knowing that Congress will support him because of the mandate given on Nov. 5th. Nothing scares Congressman more than the thought of not getting reelected.

The other thing is that just because it isn’t appropriate doesn’t mean it can’t or won’t be done. That sure as hell would give activist judges something to think about, and right now the public is damn sick of Lib obstruction, especially when that obstruction is going to keep dangerous criminals (now terrorists) in our country. He has formal articles of impeachment letters filed against him as of an hour ago. Some congress people are citing their support for it because they feel this judge is aiding and abetting Tren Del Aragua. A group designated on the US terror watch list. If a majority are repeat offenders like is being claimed, this judge is royally screwed. If that is the case, the Due Process argument is way past done.
