NFL owners voted unanimously to allow NFL players to compete in flag football at the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
Can you say this is a bad idea? Are the owners worried about losing a key player for a season due to injuries?
I have a feeling Team USA is going to win the gold medal. 
I’ll never forget the Robert Edwards injury. Hopefully we won’t see a repeat.
Edwards blew his knee apart during a beach flag football game in Hawaii two days before the Pro Bowl. He has had surgery, and it is doubtful he will play again.
