I don’t normally make New Years Resolutions but…this year I made two.
One if them involves time management…and as I have been charting the things I wish to do and over the last couple of weeks tracking where and he. I spend my time one thing that I already knew became very obvious.
I spend entirely too much time in this forum.
That’s time spent especially as a self employed person that could just as easily go to researching projects soliciting new work, maybe just spending more time with my horses and my dog…
I’ve been involved in this thing for 20+ years…that’s long enough.
So I’m taking this moment to say Happy New Year and goodbye.
There’s no reason to announce that I intend to leave other than…
If I announce my departure that serves to make me stick with my departure…there are a couple of times over the last year that I’ve just kind of slipped away and it was too easy to come back.
So with that said I wish you all good health, a Happy and Prosperous New Year, I ask that you support and pray for President Trump as he attempts to turn our country around and to save it from the disaster of the last four years, and I have appreciated the opportunity to participate here.
it’s fun to talk politics in a forum that can’t cause a near fist fight with your lefty bro-in-law. dont be so hard on yourself about it.
chatting about politics might be more therapeutic for you than you realize, and can count as an outlet for you. you can always take breaks here and there.
Between work, home projects, meal prep, working out, etc I am too busy to spend too much time on this forum, but I do enjoy coming here when I take a break or have the occasional slow period. Perhaps you’ll be able to do the same.
