Genocide is a specific charge that describes a specific crime. For a genocide charge to be legitimate, you have to establish an intent to wipe out a group of people. Both physically and culturally. Without Wannsee, there is no Holocaust. You need to provide evidence that Israel plans to wipe out Palestinian Arabs.
Simply killing people isn’t enough. There has to be a an establishment of intent.
True. But those were elements of genocide.
