To Trump’s defense that’s probably the way he’s done businesses his entire life. Fire people or not pay them when he’s pissed/threatened by them. It mostly worked for him before.

His ego is too massive to cut tail and run. He’ll stick it out, then either run for a shamed second term or bow out, claiming that it was a media hit job.
Unless it is found that he has done something that rises to impeachment, all of his indictments will wait until he is out of office.
It’s scary to think this, but I don’t think we’ve seen anything yet tefarding the lengths Trump will go to save himself. As the strangle hold tightens around him, he’ll lash out in more crazy and dangerous ways. It’ll eventually force republicans to do something.
As long as there is strong, concrete evidence, I agree. Congress should stand up and salvage our government. The longer this game goes on, the more we (USA) look like Jersey Shore to the world.
And yeah, it appears as more evidence comes out, the more deranged Trump becomes. Its like watching someone who caught their sleeve on fire. At first, they try and put it out, but the larger the fires grows, the more frantic and unhinged the person becomes.
I agree with that. Trump will do anything to protect Trump. If that means having Republicans fighting in the streets for him, then that’s what he’ll promote.
