Miller founded group sues The Chief Justice

“A legal group founded by White House aide Stephen Miller sued Chief Justice John Roberts in a brazen but unlikely attempt to seize control of the federal court system.

In the lawsuit filed last week, America First Legal (AFL) argued that the Judicial Conference of the U.S. and the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts — two key judicial branch bodies that frame policy and handle the basic functions of the federal courts — are executive branch agencies. “

another MAGA stupid lawsuit.

sitting around the table i can see it now.

these federal judges are blocking our agenda.

lets sue them in a quixotical attempt to make the judges under the POTUS.

stupid, dumb and moronic.

and some people think these guys are smart.

The problem with that is the lawsuit has nothing to do with moving judges under POTUS.

But you are correct in that the lawsuit is stupid, dumb and moronic.

You should read the article.

And right on cue with the zingers.

I’ve reread the article multiple times. But I seriously doubt that you read it at all.

here is the lawsuit

wants the judiciary subject to FOIA.

good luck with that.

Allan

“Such agencies must be overseen by the President, not the courts

Has nothing to do with moving judges under POTUS.

One degree of separation.

I won’t even pretend to know what you are trying to say with your little zinger. At this point I no longer care.

If you control the budgets, you control the courts.

It absolutely is an attempt to put the Judiciary under the control of the Executive Branch…by claiming Executive authority over the committees that operationalize the Judiciary.

People really really REALLY need to start taking crash courses on how things actually work…

And yet again with “the smartest man in the room “ bit.

The sheer arrogance that permeates the leftist groupthink is astonishing.

Educated Idiots.

To a degree. Not much of one in my opinion.

What do these two organizations do and what is their impact on the judiciary?

The Judicial Conference is a policymaking body for the lower federal courts established by Congress to promote public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary. The Administrative office handles the nuts and bolts of the federal judiciary, like budgets and organizing court data.

Miller is trying to put them under the Executive so Trump Inc can dictate a code of ethics on them.

That is Congress’ job if it is to be done.

Uneducated mouth-breathers.

its not the smartest man in the room thing, its realizing that its a ham handed attempt to force the federal judges under the executive branch.

Allan
