House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy stopped-by ‘Hannity’ Monday night just hours after the President’s defense team presented their case to the Senate; saying lawmakers “have all the facts they need” to acquit the Commander-in-Chief.
“Some Senate Republicans may want to go down this road with witnesses… Why would any Senate Republican vote to have more witnesses? Why are you going to take on the role of the House?” asked Hannity.
“Adam Schiff never allowed the President’s attorney inside the room. Now we know why, he has no case. It was blown apart today. It doesn’t even matter what the New York Times says happened, you have the transcripts,” said McCarthy. “You have all the facts you need.”
