A member of the profession of arms, a senior NCO, not just skilled with weapons, but able to train junior soldiers in how to handle maintain and accurately engage targets with all of the weapons systems of his unit. Open the video again and actually take a look at that weapon. It doesn’t have a detachable, quick change magazine (a clip holds a stack of bullets (usually 10) to be speed loaded into a magazine). It has a tube magazine built into the weapon under the barrel, with a loading port on the bottom under the action.
