Of course you would think that. Any appointment he makes is unlikely to be criticized you. In fact I doubt if 12 months none of Trumps promises have materialized you still will not be critical.

I haven’t been happy that so many of Trump’s picks have been coming from Congress. But this is one (R) I’m OK with seeing get yanked out of there. He’s a bomb-thrower. He’s better off as a pit bull AG than a toxic GOP member.

Republicans already have a razor thin margin in the House and Slotkin and Mike Waltz and Gaetz (if confirmed) are being nominated , it’ll be some time before special elections to replace them are held.
So the margin will be even thinner.
The Attorney General position will require Senate approval, and with Republicans having a majority, Gaetz could get through without Democrat approval — though even Republicans expressed skepticism about his chances of confirmation in the moments after the pick was announced.
Murkowski, Collins, etc… probably won’t vote for him.
Of course they going to do that. But get investigations going, appoint independent prosecutors to those cases and then let them attempt to undo em.
In meantime…scare the ■■■■■■■ ■■■■ out of em.
What libs done, with Garland, Biden, Obama, Pelosi and Schumer…yes they were all in it when they decided to go after Trump.
As for Gaetz being a dumbass, yes. But you can’t say libs don’t had it coming.
