Massive disconnect between authoritarian elites and average voters

Well, you see thatā€™s the problem.

According to the defintion used in the OP, neither George Soros nor Bill Gates are ā€œElites.ā€

A household made up of a janitor and a high school guidance counselor living in a 500 sq ft apartment in Queens would qualify as ā€œElite,ā€ though.

Billionaires donā€™t live in zip codes with population densities of 10,000 /sq mile - regular people do.

See thread of liberal posters freaking out because Trump tried to make contacts with North Korea as it was developing nuclear weapons and means to launch them. They think Trump did it so he could build condos there.

The billionaires have luxury suites in Manhattan.

I doubt that any billionaire is going to bother with a survey. The elites in the study are the professionals and managers who work for them and benefit from many of the same policies.

In many respects, Bidenā€™s policies are a continuation of uniparty policies that are decades old. They include exporting manufacturing jobs, mass illegal immigration, endless foreign wars, etc. Elites in Europe are in lock-step with these policies as well.

Damm thatā€™s a pretty low bar

Itā€™s not even just that itā€™s a low bar - itā€™s a weird bar.

The idea that a household income of $150,000 makes one part of the evil ā€œelite,ā€ as long as you live in the right zip code and have enough education really just hammers home how stupid it all is.

Bidenā€™s most recent deficit was 2 trillion dollars with a purportedly booming economy. :man_shrugging:
