Over a stupid minor fender bender. The two men were exchanging information when an argument ensued, causing one man to attempt to drive away, with the other jumping in the hood of his car.
“Police said Fitzgerald continued to drive two to three miles and reached speeds as high as 70 mph while Kamrowski continued to cling to the hood.”
Thank God for the good Samaritan who ordered the driver out of his SUV at gunpoint so the police could apprehend him.
