We have far too many judges trying to dictate policy…all they are bringing is chaos.
I thought the Supreme Court already ruled on this once.
Now this isn’t a nationwide injunction so maybe that’s their workaround.
But the bottom line is that 600 plus judges all trying to be lawmakers based in many cases on their own personal politics is a recipe for chaos. We didn’t vote for those individuals to make policy in the last election.
Meanwhile there’s violence in Portland abdhthe Portland police are apparently not standing with federal law enforcement…so instead of solving this problem before it gets worse apparently we’ll have to wait until someone gets killed or hauled off to the hospital or something gets set on fire before common sense prevails.

You are only saying this because you are disagreeing with their decision and because your favorite pundit (who is clearly the actual smartest guy in every room ) told you that this is so. There is no actual analysis of the decision and the legal framework of that decision.

The judgebin question is a trump appointee. You’d think he would have had this judge in line by now. I suspect DJT will try to fire the judge and replace the judge with a yes man that knows how to stay in the Trump Lane.

The MAGA right wants there to be only one person for each branch of government. Trump is functionally in charge of the legislative branch, now they want him to be in charge of the judicial branch as well. He doesnt want judges to have dissenting opinions ( i got it right that time) he expects these judges to agree with him…step in line or step off.
