A President of the United States has every right to send in federal troops to guard and protect federal property and federal employees and it doesnât matter who appointed the judge. The judge is wrong and SCOTUS has already ruled in favor of Presidental power to do so and will rule again in favor of the Executive branch.
You are mis-applying insurgency theory. The general population isnât worried about this government coming to their house. The same couldnât be said about the last administration. The general population also wants mass deportation. And the general population doesnât like uniformed anarchists using intimidation and violence against the speech of others. And the general population doesnât like municipal authorities allowing anarchists to rampage unchecked. The general public has been turned off by the anarchists and has little sympathy for them after they have made the mistake of â â â â Around and Find Out.
Judges should be sued for halting the Presidentâs lawful orders and putting our officers in danger. They donât know the first thing about the constitution.
The President of the United States has the legal authority to federalize the National Guard, placing state-controlled military units under federal command. This power is derived from the U.S. Constitution and federal laws designed for situations of national emergency, insurrection, or when federal laws are obstructed. The National Guard operates under a dual-role system, serving both state and federal governments. This shifts control of the Guard from the governor to the President.
Weâve all seen the videos. There are hundreds of people involved and they are actively and intentionally impeding federal law enforcement from enforcing federal law.
One day (when some Republicans got out of order) out of 3159 days of rioting, threatening and murdering on the political left and you all canât let it go.
Thatâs like a splinter compared to an oak tree in your own eye.
âThe peopleâ donât fear the government, unless they live in California or Illinois. âThe peopleâ fear out of control mobs and assassins, excused by leftist politicians, interfering with law enforcement trying to enforce the laws passed by congress.
