I can read and I have an X account.
Looks like Trump just weighed in.

I wonder what unique skills is needed in hospitality and real estate which required Trump to make use of H1 visas?
I wonder how many MAGA folks will feel conned right about now?

So can I. Show Musk’s infighting posts.
peek-a-boo:
There is no MAGA feud.
I can only talk about my own little section of the country, but the blue collar Trump guys around here do not like immigration full stop.

It won’t last long. By Monday it will be rationalized away.
The one I want to post has a language filter issue.
trump’s position has always been pro-legal immigration of decent skilled people.
what’s the problem here?
over what?

His base doesn’t seem to like that very much. American first means Americans first.

amazing how they have become so relevant again

More than just them.
They are relevant to MAGA. That’s all that matters in the context of this thread.
right. now that they can be baked into the narrative du jour.
meanwhile trump’s position has not changed over immigration
dont forget to post what they think when the deportations start too

I agree with Trump that H1 visas should be used so US business can get the very best for specialty position but not for any position
However I read in the above link that Trump said himself has used H1 visas, I am interested to know what positions he filled that were highly specialized within his businesses.
Is this supposed to mean something?
Right and that is a problem for his base. See the point of this thread
You are welcome to ask him.
