Lou Brock Died Today

This makes me sad. I watched him play.

Rest In Peace

Sorry to hear that. :frowning:

He must have been a fun player to watch. All those stolen bases!

A contemporary of Roberto Clemente. He was quite talented when baseball was fun.

Rest well.

He was a little before my time although I did have a couple of his baseball cards. One of the greats of that era. My impression was that he was a player most fans liked even though he wasn’t on the team you rooted for.

I never saw him play except on the tube but he was a great player and the absolute best at stealing bases.
