I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve seen stories of cops not wearing body cameras, cameras conveniently malfunctioning or cutting out, etc. And if we didn’t have an issue with police brutality, why are the cameras now required? Maybe municipalities got tired of paying out countless millions of dollars in settlements.

Not good enough. They should all be in jail awaiting trial for manslaughter. Once the victim was unconscious, they were no longer acting in performance of their duties. If more police officers were sent to jail over this stupid stuff, they would quit acting like arrogant jerks. Many police officers see civilians as the enemy instead of as a person in need. Take the militarization of the Police Forces immediately.
