That is simply not true. In our hospital, every employee wears a mask for their entire 8-12 hour shift. That goes for surgeons to custodial workers.

For all we know the SS agents in that vehicle with the President were hand selected from those that had already contracted Coronavirus at one of Trump’s previous rallies and thus had antibody protection.
Or they are a showcase of ultimate loyalty ready to be sacrificial lambs at the hands of their own leader. You already have people gathered in front of Walter Reed screaming how they are willing to die for Trump. Not the US mind you or some American ideal, but for the man himself.
