It wasn’t even peer reviewed, feel free to use your anecdotal evidence but that study has been thoroughly discredited.
The study has long been subject to scrutiny — it was never published in a mainstream journal or subjected to peer review – but it is still widely taught in schools.
Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature and psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and a master’s degree in science writing from NYU.
Apparently it moved to Philadelphia.
Imagine someone saying “Let all pray that the philadelphia police do not deceptively deceive these poor kids into showing ID or opening their trunk.”
“Do you know what the problem in Philadelphia is? Police are all like tricky and stuff. Plus sometimes they act all bossy when they pull you over for a broken tail light. We should spend a lot of money to make sure the police stop doing that.
Philadelphia will be a better place once we have done that.”
I believe the above video shows that the change we need to policing is that we need more police doing more policing. We also need less oversight from people who get their ideas from their pre-conceived political ideas.
Philadelphia has a gang violence problem so more policing is necessay, but there is already enough police in other areas trampling the rights of law abiding citizens.
