Conflict resolution/deescalation
Better screening for negative traits that could lead to violence
Better disciplinary actions when a cop act badly. Have that record follow them if they try to get hired in another state

It should be a national law that every police department has to have officer complaint process on the internet and it can be anonymous.

And copies go to the state AG office.

Clearly it’s a fair sentence. After all it’s less than the much worse crime of tax evasion in many cases.
