Large capacity magazines going to SCOTUS?

I expected there would be a thread on this. The Ninth Circuit shot down a stay from a lower federal court on California’s law against large capacity magazines. Isn’t that kind of a fast track to the Supreme Court?

Maybe. If it goes to the SC, it will get struck down.

The law? With that I agree that it will be struck down. Judging by recent history at least.

The sooner, the better. I dare dream to see our natural born rights to Constitutional Carry and Castle Law as protected by the SCOTUS.
